Latest News about the Charity:
We are pleased to announce that having completed 18 years of operation (our Trust Deed was approved on 19th November 2003), in November 2021 the Charity reached the milestone of £1,000,000 raised and granted, having helped over 850 cases since we started our work. All of this was achieved with zero administration cost so that everything we received from our supporters was used to help the children and young people. We intend to continue to operate in the same zero cost manner to maximise the benefit of the donations we receive.
Our Work:
The Charity provides financial help in funding the purchase of mobility/sensory/vision equipment for children and young people (up to the age of 25 years) living within a 50 mile radius of Stourbridge in the West Midlands, when there are no other sources of funding available. The Charity operates with zero administration costs so that every penny raised goes where the donors intended, and we also try to respond within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a request. More details of the background to the Charity and the work that we do can be found on the About Us webpage.

Coronavirus - Additional Statement about our Operations
The Charity operates by providing the funding needed for the purchase of mobility/sensory/vision equipment when the NHS system is unable to help. We are office based and we do not have any contact with applicants during the application process. All contact is by letter/email/telephone, so we do not present any risk to vulnerable children/young people requesting help. We hope that this statement will help to reassure any applicants who may have concerns.
On the Contact page of this website you can find our details and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
